Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are estimated to be delivered within 7-14 from the date of purchase.

This extended delivery window ensures the highest attention to detail and craftsmanship for every Sovren Regalia timepiece.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be announced via our website or social channels.


International Orders – Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Sovren Regalia is not liable for these charges.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or has not arrived after 15 days, please contact us at sovrenregalia@gmail.com within 3 days of noticing the issue. Include your order number and any tracking information. We will investigate and assist accordingly.


Incorrect Shipping Information
